The Casa Del Frio rental lodge is just minutes from Garner and the famous Magers Crossing, launching point for tubing and kayaking or just swimming in the cooling waters of the Frio. Casa Del Frio is the perfect lodging place for a family reunion or birthday party, with plenty of space to gather and play on our seven acre property with a fire pit, bbq grill, volleyball, and horseshoes . Families, hunters, wedding guests, or other groups of up to 16 will love this spacious lodge located in the heart of the Frio River action. And at the end of the day rest in one of four bedrooms with your own private entrance! And there’s no better place to be for the coming solar eclipse!

Casa Del Frio

Casa Del Frio is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath 2521 sq ft. home in Concan, Texas, and can accommodate up to 16 guests maximum. The home is located on 7 acres, 1 mile from the Frio River at Magers Crossing and 4 miles from Garner State Park.

Each bedroom welcomes 4 guests, has a private entrance away from the main lodge and includes a full en-suite bathroom (shower), ceiling fan, and thermostat. All rooms open to a covered porch with spectacular views of the Frio Canyon. 2 bedrooms have 2 queens (The Rustic Star and The Prickly Pear), and 2 bedrooms have 1 queen and 2 twins (The Bluebonnet and The Longhorn).

NO BED LINENS/PILLOWS/TOWELS PROVIDED

The main lodge with it's spacious kitchen is great for gathering.

Casa Del Frio has been a favorite gathering place near the Frio River for many years. Now under new ownership and management as of Dec 2021, there are numerous upgrades throughout to make your stay more enjoyable and comfortable. One new feature is a water softener and water catchment system providing the best of options available when it comes to water quality for your personal use.

Guest Access

There will be a lock box with keys upon arrival. The code to access the keys will be sent to you in an email a day or more before arrival. You and your guests will have access to the entire lodge and 4 bedrooms.
